This course is designed to meet you where you are and will be different for each individual. Still, the journey is the same - we will help you disconnect from critical and logical thinking as well as move you from your inner world to an easier way to be in community.
Friday evening is all about planting the seeds for what follows in the next days. The night’s sleep will also prepare us to begin more deeply on Saturday. Saturday will be playful and diverse using the theme of offloading and recharging, moving through your relevant content and context. Sunday morning will be the cherry on the top - let us surprise you.
Claudia and Rebecca offer a truly unique combination of movement, breath work, deep relaxation, journaling, lecture, discussion & body therapy.
The essence of this course is to play with the movement between offloading and recharging in order to experience balance, energy and a fresh mind and body.
We will guide you through how breath and body awareness, together with your mindsets and patterns, influence the quality of your thoughts and the way you navigate life.
When you develop your self-understanding, get in touch with your own themes and find more acceptance for yourself, what follows is calmness and serenity. There is not one solution for everything in life but we will offer you a safe space and a fresh approach for a daily life with more ease and connection through releasing emotional and physical blockages.
